As illustrated in the Screen Snapshot below, solution to the SIP QoS Control problem is illustrated in the 3GPP environment. This is known as 3GPP PCC. 3GPP PCC is an LTE/IMS embedded system, which enables the operators to better control and utilize their network resources, while at the same time enabling us (the users) to enjoy high Quality of Service for real time apps.
